Village at Camp Bowie

The Village at Camp Bowie is a 275,000 sf retail/office redevelopment on Camp Bowie in West Fort Worth, Texas. This center won the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Rehabilitation/ Re-use project of the year, as well as, the Tarrant County CREW’s project of the year.  Phase I of the redevelopment was completed in 2005.

Village at Camp Bowie Phase II

Plans for Phase II are well underway and will include +/- 260 apartments and 35,000 sf of commercial, retail & office space. A public/private partnership with the city of Fort Worth via a Section 380 agreement has been approved by the city council and documents finalized and signed.

 

Roanoke Corners

Trophy developed Roanoke Corners, a grocery anchored shopping center at the intersection of Highway 114 and Highway 377 in Roanoke, Texas. It is a multi-tenant retail shopping center with restaurant ground leases.

Trophy Club Shopping Center

Trophy developed a 37,000 sf two building, multi-tenant retail center at the entrance to Trophy Club.

Office
Valley Centre

Trophy purchased and remodeled a 75,000 sf, three-story office building in Valley Ranch, across from the Dallas Cowboys' headquarters and practice facility.

905 Congress

Trophy remodeled a 100+ year old two-story office building just south of the state capitol in Austin, Texas.

Industrial
315 International

Trophy purchased and remodeled a 90,000 sf warehouse / manufacturing facility located in Garland, Texas.

Self Storage
Old Denton Road Self Storage

Trophy developed a 600+ unit, climate-controlled, self storage facility with on-site manager’s apartment in Carrollton, Texas.

Commercial Land
288/59 I

A 69-acre parcel located in the Houston suburb of Manvel and Pearland.  Trophy entitled the property which included co-developing the MUD (municipal utility district) to provide utilities to the property, as well as work through drainage and detention issues, road row with the city, and TXDOT and zoning issues.  The property has since been sold to three separate groups.

288/59 II

A 40-acre undeveloped land tract which is located immediately south of a new CBL-developed lifestyle center in Pearland, Texas and will be the southern entrance to the mall. Trophy is finalizing entitlement issues such as roads, utility, drainage, and zoning.

Rosenberg

Trophy purchased a 74-acre tract of undeveloped land on the Southwest Freeway in Rosenberg, Texas.  Portions of the property were sold in 2005 and 2007, and the balance of the property is available for development and investment.

Camp Bowie Wachovia Ground Lease

Trophy purchased an existing service station and convenience store, remediated the property for environmental issues, demolished the building and ground leased the property to Wachovia for the development of a branch bank.

Roanoke Corners Phase II

Trophy purchased approximately 4 acres adjacent to the grocery anchored shopping center it developed, to entitle the property dealing with such issues as drainage, utilities and zoning.
