developed a state-of-the-art general acute care hospital located in the Dallas Medical District which was developed on a fee basis.  The hospital was complete in 11months and the first surgery was performed 12 months to the day after the start of construction.

developed a 64,000 sf, two-story, specialty hospital located in the medical district of Amarillo, Texas.  The project is fully leased to a tenant who provides psychiatric and rehabilitation services.  Construction was completed and tenant occupied in June of 2007.

Reliant Rehabilitation Hospital Abilene offers 30 private rehabilitation rooms.  All patients enjoy flat-screen televisions in their rooms with private shower and bathroom. Wireless internet and spacious lounge areas provide comfort and encourage patients to stay connected to friends and family. In addition, the Abilene hospital offers specialized programs specifically for orthopedic patients undergoing knee or hip replacement surgery.

purchased a 20,000 sf vacant commercial building in the Baylor Medical submarket in Dallas, Texas.  The vacant building was totally renovated/remodeled into a medical office building and is currently leased to three medical service providers.
